Website and security
Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, delivers this website. It processes IP address, request time and address, browser/connection information and technical errors. Delivery, troubleshooting and attack prevention serve our legitimate interest in a secure, available website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare supports us as a technical service provider; its own security processing is described in its privacy information.
Your enquiry
Name, email, project type and message are required. Company, budget and timeframe are optional. We also transmit your selected language and the offer market derived from it, any selected industry or package, and technical delivery and consent evidence. We use this information to handle and follow up your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies when taking steps towards a contract with you; Article 6(1)(f) applies to other correspondence or company representatives, based on our interest in responding to business enquiries. We cannot process the form without the required contact details. An enquiry is not a paid order. Please do not send health information, identity document copies or other particularly sensitive data.
Delivery and mailbox
The form sends through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) to Steffen@bauveris.de. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the message to the operator’s personal Gmail mailbox. Providers process content, sender, recipient and delivery data. The Resend sending domain uses Ireland; this does not promise EU-only processing. Gmail is used under Google’s consumer terms, without a Google Workspace agreement or data processing agreement for this mailbox. Google identifies Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as the responsible entity for EEA users. Our mailbox use serves enquiry handling under the legal bases above. Google also processes data under its own privacy policy. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising or a newsletter.
Optional security check
Cloudflare Turnstile loads only after you select “Agree and load security check”. IP address and technical device/browser and connection signals are sent to Cloudflare for abuse detection; information may also be processed on your device. The basis for this integration is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw for the future using “Withdraw consent” in the form. Previous lawful processing is unaffected. The check is needed for this form but remains optional: you can contact us directly by email or by opening the WhatsApp link yourself. Consent version and time are sent with the enquiry as evidence.
No WhatsApp widget loads. Opening the link takes you to WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. Contact there involves processing your phone number, message and communication data under its terms. We use incoming messages to handle your request under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR as described above. WhatsApp use is optional.
International processing
Cloudflare, Resend and Google may process data in the United States and other countries. Their linked terms describe transfer safeguards, including adequacy decisions for covered certified recipients and EU standard contractual clauses with supplementary measures. Resend and Cloudflare processing terms and Google’s transfer information give details of recipients and safeguards. Contact us for further information or copies of applicable safeguards.
Retention
We retain enquiries as needed to handle them, fulfil any resulting contract or establish, exercise or defend claims. Once these purposes end, data is deleted unless statutory retention duties apply. Business and tax records subject to retention are kept for their applicable legal periods. Technical Workers logs are retained for at most seven days depending on the provider plan; application code does not log message content. Other service security and delivery data follows the purposes and deletion rules in provider information.
Fonts, images, analytics and AI
Fonts and images are delivered through this website. There is no embedded visitor analytics, external map, advertising pixel or public AI chat. Enquiries are not automatically sent to an AI model. Your language choice is not persistently stored on your device. There is no automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects.
YouTube project videos
Some packages offer a YouTube video. Before activation we deliver only a locally stored preview image, without connecting to YouTube. Selecting “Load video” activates the privacy-enhanced player at youtube-nocookie.com. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; Google LLC in the US may also process data. This includes IP address, browser/device and playback information and potentially information on your device. Privacy-enhanced mode does not prevent all processing. Activation is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where required, section 25(1) TDDDG. “Close video” removes the player and withdraws activation for the future; processing already carried out remains unaffected. We do not persist this permission. Alternatively, you can open the clearly labelled YouTube link yourself. Google privacy and transfer information is linked below.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and receive portable data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation, and to any direct marketing at any time. You may withdraw consent for the future, including by email. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred; in Lower Saxony this is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen.
