How does a project start?
With your enquiry and a short requirements review, followed by a written scope, price and prerequisites.
What do I need to provide?
Contact details, approved copy and images with usage rights. Missing copy, photos and translations can be agreed separately.
How long does development take?
Timing depends on scope, functions and complete materials. A delivery window is agreed in writing after review.
Is every website available in three languages?
BAUVERIS itself is available in German, English and Turkish. Each base website package and the store starter includes one language. Additional languages and translations are quoted separately.
Is maintenance mandatory?
No. You can manage the website after handover. Optional care has a defined scope and finite allowances.
Are hosting and domain included?
Generally separate unless the quotation says otherwise. Account ownership and access are arranged transparently.
Who owns the finished website?
Usage rights, source handover and accounts are defined in the agreement. Fonts, images and third-party software remain subject to their licences.
What do starting prices mean?
They cover a limited initial scope. Extra pages, translations, special functions and third-party services are listed separately in your quotation.
Can I request changes later?
Yes. Small updates may use an agreed allowance; new pages or functions receive a separate estimate first.
What do the project presentations show?
These are independently developed design projects for example brands. Some imagery is generated; each presentation describes its functions and level of development.
Can the AI make binding commitments?
Only explicitly approved tasks are considered. Prices, appointments and professional decisions are not delegated to an AI model without review.
What other operating costs are there?
Depending on the solution: hosting, domain, delivery, licences and API usage. These are explained separately before commissioning.
What applies to consumers and a possible right of withdrawal?
An enquiry through this website is not a paid order. Before entering into a contract, consumers receive the information required for their specific quotation and, where applicable, a suitable withdrawal notice and model form. Starting work before the withdrawal period ends requires a separate express arrangement where legally available. A custom website does not automatically exclude a right of withdrawal.
What does one small revision round mean?
One small revision round means one consolidated request for small text, image or colour changes within the agreed structure. New pages, features or a new layout structure are not included. Fixing our own implementation errors does not use up your revision round.
Does every package include a form?
One-Page Website includes a contact button; Business Starter includes a contact section without a form. Contact and enquiry forms are planned and quoted as additional features according to the required scope.
Does an enquiry form confirm a booking?
An enquiry form initially confirms receipt of an enquiry. Availability checks, calendars, payments and binding booking confirmations are agreed separately when required.
How do the care plans differ?
Basic Care provides one monthly technical visual and availability check with a brief problem notification. Standard adds regular WordPress and compatible plugin updates, a monthly backup and a basic security check. Only Premium includes up to 30 minutes of minor changes to existing text and images per month and priority support handling during normal business hours. Unused time expires. Domain, hosting and paid third-party services are separate.
